A Communication Device: Stethoscope

Today, I bought a special device for communication with thatsdone 3.0
at Newton Style in Musashi-Murayama Diamond City Mu.

Here is a picture of the device. :o

But the problem is, this is just a toy and it's difficult to hear her heartbeat. :(
