Really? I saw this sorry page many times during the midnight of Japan. I saw it last night. But I can tweet via TimeScape of XPERIA :) And I think many Japanese tweeters can do it via MovaTwitter. (The cause of this issue is the capacity problem of the front server, not backyard servers)
